Eight years ago today I woke up at about 3 AM with pretty strong contractions. I could not go back to sleep, so after lying there forever we decided to go ahead and have it checked out. By the time we made it to the hospital the contractions had eased up, but my doctor decided to go ahead and induce me. I was 38 weeks and I was MISERABLE!!!! Things went really fast and suddenly it was time to push. Caleb was born at 4:24 PM weighing 5 lb 6 oz, 18 inches and Gavin came at 4:51 weighing 7 lb 9 oz, 21 inches. The fastest 27 minutes of my life! I remember that day like it was yesterday. The first two weeks of their lives.... I do not remember so much. New mommy fog! But seriously, God has truly blessed us with two sweet boys. We are so thankful for them and grateful God chose us to be their parents. Happy Birthday guys!
