You are so precious!! I was just telling Lyla last week in the nursery that I was hoping she would get a sister. Then I came home and saw on Facebook that she is, indeed, getting a sister! Sisterhood is the best friendship, and I know Lyla is going to be an incredible big sister! As for girl names, I personally LOVE Stella. I will definitely name a girl Stella if I have a girl. :) I also like Jane, Adele, Norah, and Charlotte. (I guess I like the older names. They just exude classiness!) what are y'all's ideas?
AMELIA. German meaning 'Work of the Lord'
Kaylee also means the same.
I have a ton of girl names that I just love! I will give you a few that I know I wont ever use for a first name b/c we are doing "B" names :)
Hatley, Stella, Aubrey, Amelia, & Libby!
I think Jane is a super cute middle name too but can't think of anything that I would like for the first name with it and since you are into MJ it would be perfect middle name for your little one ;)
I like Avery, Addison, Stella, Taylor, and Baylii!
I love the names Scarlett, Penelope, Finley, Delaney and Bridget. I love really girly names for little girls. Never been a big fan of names that can go for either boy or girl. Congratulatons!
Your belly is so cute! I am still saying I like Matilda- I also like Ruby and Aubrey
I added my names before reading your other comments so I wouldn't be biased... so I didn't see that your friend Beth also put Aubrey! And now that I've read the comments, I also like Stella.
I love Addison (Addy for short) and Maizy (which means Pearl). I think that Maizy is perfect because a pearl is made from a tiny grain of sand and after a lot of worj it becomes a BEAUTIFUL pearl. Your and Scotts family is one of MANY trials and tribulations and is TRUE testimony that all along GOD is in control and has been waiting for the perfect time to give you and Scott your "PEARL".....Love you, Kim Soileau
How sweet!
So its a GIRL! I am super excited for you.
I love Matilda, Azalia, Cecilia.
Good Luck with your search.
BTW-Call me Monday.:)
XOXO, RB+
Maddelyn Olivia, Cora Caraline, Rylie Quinn, Hollynne, Allison, Heaven, Pearl, Jewel, & Julia
Fun stuff! Trying to figure it out too. a few ideas Adeline, Elizabeth, Meredith, Camille....have fun deciding! :)
Lyla's little sister Lucy, has a ring to it!
Harper is cute for a girl. I love Maggie, Blakely, Landry, Izzy, Lily, Mia, Ashlynn, Presley, Endsley are some of my favorites. I also like Ryann for a girl. Have you looked for old family names, even last names sometimes make cute little girl names! Can't wait to hear what her name will be!!!
I like the name Ruth. You can always call her Ruthie when she is smaller.
I think Melanie would be a great name.
I love all the names posted! I also love Adeleide, Brynnlee (spelling?), Heidi (of course!) I love Ruthie! So happy you're having a girl! :)
I found your blog through a mutual friend - she and I cheered in college together and both have twin girls :) My girls are 5 months older. Here are the names we considered:
Blakelee, Maddox, Harper, Hadlee, Kinsler, Camdyn, Chesney, Chaney, Brantlee and my twin baby girls are Ayla Morgan and Evie Alois!
I do also love Stella and Sutton.
April, She will be LOVED no matter what you name her! Congrats and I'm so glad the Lord has blessed you with such a beautiful family. Mary Jo
